Jesus (Yeshua), Jesus of Nazareth, or Jesus “Christ,” is the Messiah prophesied about in the Old Testament and in the New Testament.

Through Jesus Christ, God provided a means by which a new and wonderful relationship could be established between mankind and God, having lost his initial relationship through sinful disobedience. This new relationship could only come as a result of His death, which then served to redeem mankind and as a reconciliatory sacrifice to God, thereby re-establishing, to some extent, our initially lost relationship. For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, Ephesians 2:13-15 (in Context).

Ephesians 2:13-15

13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace,

We also believe that Jesus is himself fully God and fully man, a core value of any believer who calls himself a follower of Christ.
