Statement of Faith

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God—His love letter to you.

We believe that God is eternal and reveals Himself to us through three equal persons, identified in the Bible as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each functions within a hierarchical relationship, and collectively they are known as the Trinity.

We believe that humanity is a special and unique creation of God, made in His image for the purpose of establishing a special and intimate relationship with Him. However, due to issues of ego, humanity deliberately chose to disobey God; as a result, the unique communion shared with God at the time of creation was broken. Because of God’s love for us (John 3:16)—and not wishing to remain separated from humanity—God the Father sent His Son to earth in human form, known as Jesus Christ (Phil. 2:7), the Messiah (the Savior foretold in the Old Testament). Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, He lovingly provided a means by which a new and wonderful relationship could now be re-established between Himself and humanity. We cherish the opportunity to enjoy an intimate relationship with God and to experience the Holy Spirit in our lives. The Holy Spirit empowers us to live our lives for Him (Gal. 5:16).
